A prototype for a warming hut heated by your own body heat. Using off-the-shelf mylar blankets commonly worn by marathon runners post-run, we parametrically designed a shell geometry that can be easily panelized and cut flat from 4 mylar blankets. The structure works in tension, with low-cost metal rods creating a lightweight diagrid that the mylar is suspended from.
